At AFROHUN (Africa One Health University Network), I oversaw operational planning, budgeting, and HR policy enforcement across regional offices for a multi-country, USAID-funded program. I also led staff recruitment and onboarding and managed procurement and vendor contracts in line with donor guidelines.
At Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine, Tufts University, I coordinated the USAID One Health Workforce (OHW) Project. I authored an internal grant proposal for project website development, created web content after the award, and updated and maintained the website.
My work on the OHW project also included monitoring the budget, ensuring compliance with USAID and school grant management requirements, and coordinating travel and project events. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Human Resources, and I am pursuing a Master of Arts in International Development and Social Change at Clark University.
