I’m a Senior Key Account Executive with 5+ years of experience across supply chain, logistics, freight forwarding, and customs clearance, focused on streamlining end-to-end supply chain processes. In my current role at CELERITY SUPPLY CHAIN PVT LTD, I manage client communication, build deep customer understanding, and keep key relationships strong by coordinating support and timely shipment execution.

I also monitor service KPIs, resolve operational bottlenecks, and escalate critical issues to protect performance and reliability. I coordinate and expedite worldwide shipments, collaborate with operations to ensure smooth deliveries, and make outbound calls to existing clients and prospects while processing orders efficiently.
