I’m a detail-oriented Document Controller focused on client relations, documentation accuracy, and responsive customer support. With almost 2 years of experience, I’ve built strong client relationships through clear communication and prompt issue handling.
In my current role as First Point Of Contact for client issues, I manage both physical and digital records of signed agreements, proposals, and legal documentation. I also collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams, ensuring updates are completed correctly and on time.
