At Stake, I started in Customer Support, where I quickly built competence in the day-to-day realities of iGaming—especially cryptocurrency transactions and their tracking. I learned to collaborate across teams, stay calm under pressure, and deliver results on time without losing quality or punctuality.

Through my sportsbook communication and trading exposure, I supported daily coordination with the Trading/Risk team and odds providers, ensuring the book’s integrity stayed intact. I also handled operational tasks like scheduling site promotions, disabling expired ones, crediting, and contributing to lighter trading decisions under supervision—then growing into more demanding responsibilities.

Now, as a Senior Sportsbook Manager / Trading Analyst, I’m responsible for risk assessment and site operations across regulated markets. I trace cryptocurrency-related matters, map streams/markets/props, remove stuck content, rank new tournaments, follow trends, and manage high-signal front-page updates—while coordinating communication across departments and third-party providers to resolve issues quickly and correctly.
