At Bitstamp (Robinhood Group), I investigate 10–20 transaction monitoring alerts daily across risk profiles, including complex crypto investigations, while maintaining 98%+ SLA adherence. I perform EDD reviews, verify source of funds, assess customer activity, and identify red flags such as structuring, layering, and rapid movement of funds.
I conduct sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening, escalate suspicious cases for SAR/STR consideration, and collaborate with Fraud Operations on account takeover, identity theft, phishing, and payment fraud. I also bring a decade of experience leading hospitality operations teams of up to 15 employees.
