At Docusketch, I enabled Agile delivery for two fully remote Scrum teams and served in an advisory role for another. I designed processes to support stakeholder commitments and operational continuity while preparing for a microservices transformation without disrupting legacy maintenance.
At SAP Fioneer, I led an Agile transformation for three cross-functional Scrum teams, introduced Agile education, and coached Product Owners and team members. I also optimized JIRA workflows and used KPIs and team health metrics to support data-driven retrospectives.
At Endava, I delivered projects across distributed Scrum teams and co-developed a scalable delivery operating model that was later adopted across the client’s organization. I also defined KPI frameworks and flow metrics to improve delivery predictability.
At Kinto Join Mobility, I coached six teams and collaborated with Product Owners and stakeholders to scale Scrum using Nexus. I owned the product vision and roadmap for Toyota Car Mobility Services, including KINTO platform delivery and market rollouts.
