At Docusketch, I initiated AI-First Planning across six teams, embedding Claude and Claude Code into refinement and planning. I developed the practice through a co-created playbook and feedback loops, so teams built and owned it.

At Velsera, I owned delivery across a value stream and led its Scrum Masters, managing dependencies and risks alongside Principal Engineers and Product Managers. I also introduced ActionableAgile so teams could forecast from their own delivery data.

At Wireless Media, I co-led the R&D department's Waterfall-to-Agile transition. As the company's first Scrum Master, I introduced FTE-based WIP limits that reduced WIP by 60% and doubled throughput in six months.
