What I'm looking for
I’m a Service Design & Software Implementation Consultant who combines product thinking with hands-on software delivery. I define product vision, translate business roadmaps into actionable work, and keep the “overall product strategy” aligned while delivering client-requested functionalities.
Across my Product Manager roles at ALTEATEC and WOUU INC, I lead stakeholder management, gather and validate feedback, run demos/prototype presentations, and fine-tune requirements through continuous adaptation. I manage tech requirement documentation (system workflows and tech specifications) to support Dev and QA teams, including release planning and communication.
I’m also experienced in Service Design work—supporting World Wide Oracle Enterprise Services deployment, coordinating RFCs, attending Scrum user story/sprint planning meetings, and performing quality assurance testing with test cases and technical investigations. With a Six Sigma - Black Belt background and strong UX research/mockups skills, I help teams deliver solutions that meet business objectives, with clear documentation, training, and customer-focused problem solving.
