At Princess Cruises, I head Onboard Communications for ships serving more than 4,000 guests and 1,100 crew members. I direct guest communications across digital signage, the Princess Medallion App, stateroom TV, onboard intranet, and daily printed publications.
I lead and mentor a five-person team, manage monthly operating budgets up to US$30,000, own KPIs, and coordinate with Hotel Operations, Entertainment, Medical, Food & Beverage, Shore Excursions, Retail, Security, and Bridge teams in a 24/7 international environment. I’ve also trained new Onboard Communications Managers and Print Shop staff and was recognized as Princess Cruises Employee of the Month for operational excellence.
