I build and maintain Primavera P6 schedules for large-scale EPC and capital construction work, translating procurement, engineering, and field milestones into one execution schedule. At Kiewit, I run critical path and schedule impact analysis, then recommend corrective and recovery actions when sequencing or delays emerge.

Before that, I supported multi-discipline industrial and utility construction projects at Zachary, including transmission & distribution and substation work. I monitored progress, forecast schedule performance against baseline, and produced schedule updates, S-curves, and progress reports for stakeholders and leadership.

Earlier, at DataSync Innovations, I maintained 100+ concurrent activities and deliverables across simultaneous workstreams, coordinating cross-functional teams to keep schedule updates accurate. I also redesigned schedule update workflows and reporting cadence to reduce coordination delays by 20%.

I keep project controls tight through CPM scheduling, baseline and execution schedule development, look-ahead planning, and earned value management (EVM) with SPI/CPI and KPI reporting. I back it up with schedule governance like WBS development, schedule quality reviews, and DCMA compliance, plus dashboards in Power BI and Tableau.
