Integrated CPM construction scheduler turning field constraints into executable project timelines.
What I'm looking for
I’m a construction scheduler focused on building and maintaining integrated project schedules for complex field work across utilities, process, and commercial construction scopes. I’m strongest at turning messy inputs, field constraints, procurement realities, and subcontractor updates into logic-driven schedules my teams can actually execute.
At Turner Construction, I built and maintained integrated CPM schedules from preconstruction through turnover for $90M to $180M projects. I led weekly schedule update cycles, developed 2-week and 6-week look-ahead plans, ran critical and near-critical path reviews, and proposed recovery options with measurable trade-offs—while protecting baseline integrity through schedule QC.
I also integrated procurement and long-lead equipment milestones, tracked submittal to fabrication to delivery dates, and escalated slippage early. I coordinated schedule logic for testing, commissioning, inspections, and turnover milestones to reduce late-stage bottlenecks, and I supported change management with schedule impacts documentation and clear schedule narratives for stakeholders.
Earlier, at Robinson Construction and Midwest Mechanical, I translated daily field status into reliable schedule updates and look-ahead work plans, managed milestones for RFIs/submittals/vendor deliverables, and aligned progress measurement to forecasting and earned value reporting. I’ve built a reputation for schedule documents that match field reality, facilitating update meetings, clarifying scope boundaries, and maintaining a single source of truth on status, constraints, and commitments—using tools like Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Procore, and Power BI.
Experience
Work history, roles, and key accomplishments
Built and maintained integrated CPM schedules for $90M–$180M construction projects, translating field constraints and percent-complete data into weekly master-plan updates. Conducted critical path and near-critical path reviews, integrated procurement/long-lead milestones, documented schedule change impacts, and supported turnover through testing, commissioning, and inspection sequencing.
Project Controls Coordinator
Robinson Construction
Aug 2022 - May 2024 (1 year 9 months)
Translated daily field status into reliable schedule updates and look-ahead work plans for superintendent and PM teams on $25M–$70M projects. Built shutdown and tie-in sequencing plans, tracked RFIs/submittals and vendor deliverables against decision deadlines, and aligned progress measurement rules to support forecasting and earned value reporting.
Field Engineer / Planner
Midwest Mechanical
Jun 2020 - Jul 2022 (2 years 1 month)
Produced short interval plans and weekly work plans with foremen and rolled verified progress into master schedule updates on $5M–$30M jobs. Maintained activity constraint logs (materials, permits, access, hot-work windows, inspections), supported outage/turnaround sequencing with critical path awareness, and documented field progress with photos and daily notes.
