I’m a Senior Project Scheduler with over 8 years of experience supporting large-scale construction, infrastructure, commercial, and mission-critical projects. I specialize in advanced planning and project controls, with a track record of building and maintaining detailed schedules aligned with enterprise standards and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).

At Turner & Townsend, I lead the development and maintenance of integrated master schedules using Primavera P6 for mega commercial, infrastructure, and mission-critical work exceeding $250M. I update and revise schedules as projects progress, incorporating earned-value data and construction tracking information under minimal supervision.

I interpret schedule performance indicators, coordinate with stakeholders to verify the inputs needed for timely updates, and support schedule review meetings across engineers, procurement, construction teams, and clients. I also contribute to performance reporting through “what-if” scenarios and identification of critical path elements, helping teams make informed decisions fast.

Before that, I supported schedule development and performance analysis at EMCOR Group and Jacobs Engineering Group, including baseline preparation, earned value integration, forecasting, and schedule risk assessments. I bring practical strengths in baseline & recovery schedule creation, earned value analysis, resource loading & leveling, and recovery planning to mitigate delays and protect contractual milestone commitments.
