I am an MBA candidate specializing in Artificial Intelligence at Texas A&M University–Victoria with over 10 years of leadership experience in operations, analytics, and cross-functional team management. My professional background combines business strategy, data analytics, Agile leadership, and emerging technologies to drive operational efficiency and support data-driven decision-making.

During my tenure as a Team Leader at Toronto Hydro, one of Canada's largest electric utilities, I worked extensively with large operational datasets, billing and metering systems, regulatory compliance, and process improvement initiatives. By leveraging automation, analytics, and structured problem-solving methodologies, I helped improve operational performance, reduce investigation times, and support business-critical decisions.

My graduate studies have strengthened my capabilities in artificial intelligence, machine learning, business analytics, and technology-driven business transformation. I have applied Python-based automation, APIs, data analytics, and AI-enabled tools to identify opportunities, streamline processes, and develop practical business solutions.

One of my most significant accomplishments was serving on Team Digby in the CAPSIM Business Simulation Competition. Through executive-level decision-making across finance, operations, marketing, and strategy, our team earned a place on the CAPSIM Top Ten Leaderboard, ranking in the top 10 percent nationally. I represented the team in faculty interviews and external communications, and our achievement was recognized by Texas A&M University–Victoria in an official university news release.

I am also a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through Scrum Alliance with experience supporting Agile teams, facilitating collaboration between technical and business stakeholders, and leading cross-functional initiatives. My ability to bridge business strategy and technology positions me well for roles involving AI adoption, digital transformation, business intelligence, operational excellence, and AI strategy.
