What I'm looking for
I am a motivated and adaptable finance and operations professional with broad experience across manufacturing, education and medical sectors. I have taken hands-on responsibility for transactional, operational and strategic finance functions and IT provision.
Most recently I worked as a Cost Accountant at Granton Medical where I led costings, bills of materials and data transfer into Epicor, supported procurement, sales reps and trained users on the new ERP. I also performed ad-hoc accounts functions including supplier invoice processing and management accounting.
Previously I served as Finance Director at an SME manufacturer where I oversaw finance, IT and HR teams, reduced month-end reporting time from 19 to 10 days, managed multiple ERP upgrades and drove cost-reduction and efficiency initiatives. I have experience with Dynamics 365, Access Dimensions and Epicor.
I hold bookkeeping and part-CIMA qualifications, strong Excel skills and a practical approach to problem solving. I seek roles where I can bring ERP, costing and hands-on finance expertise to improve processes and support cross-functional teams.
