I’m a Senior Machine Learning Engineer / ML Tech Lead with 7+ years of experience building and productionizing ML systems that translate business problems into A/B-confirmed results—delivering over $55M in annual business impact. My focus is end-to-end ownership, from problem framing and experiment design to production deployment, monitoring, and impact validation.

In my current role at Samokat, I lead a core operations ML team (up to 5 people) and own models for courier and picker workforce planning, operating across 2,400+ dark stores, including labor budget planning over $500M annually. I also established a continuous A/B testing process and augmented operational forecasting dashboards with real-time AI agents that detect anomalies, explain drivers, and proactively reduce stakeholder concerns around forecast quality and operational risks.
