What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build end-to-end ML and data products where I can apply Python, SQL, predictive modeling, NLP, computer vision, and genomic-data experience while continuing to grow in production ML.

I've built predictive ML systems at Mathrix AI, improving core business-metric accuracy by approximately 15% across regression and classification models. I develop preprocessing, feature-engineering, hyperparameter-tuning, and cross-validation workflows that keep models robust.

At BostonGene, I built a research-grade scGPT RNA batch-correction and survival-prediction pipeline, reaching a 5-fold CV ROC-AUC of 0.641 ± 0.039 for 35-month survival. I also implemented leakage-resistant validation through per-fold cAE refitting, cohort OOD scoring, and duplicate-patient controls.

I've also delivered statistical EDA, automated KPI dashboards, and optimized SQL workflows at Gortsup Academy, while building CNN, Transformer, NLP, and computer-vision systems on datasets of 50,000+ samples.
