What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to policy, research, and monitoring and evaluation work that improves socio-development programmes through rigorous analysis, effective evaluation frameworks, and evidence-based solutions.

I manage Monitoring & Evaluation processes for multiple socio-development projects at Brain Above InfoSol, building on policy and evaluation work across India’s public sector.

At NITI Aayog and DMEO, I conducted evaluations of Central Sector and Centrally Sponsored Schemes, developed research approaches and methodologies, and contributed to the Organizational Evaluation Framework used across Ministries and Departments. I also researched India’s trade in services using UNCTAD, OECD, and RBI datasets, with a focus on policy analysis and international competitiveness.

Earlier at Ipsos, I managed end-to-end research projects from proposal writing and client management through field monitoring, data analysis, and reporting for organisations including UNICEF, CHAI, ICRW, MoHUA, MoHFW, and NITI Aayog.
