Nikhil Ghagre

I’m a system analyst working full-time at Amdocs India, where I’ve developed and deployed a full-stack BAU Tracking Web Application using React (frontend) and Flask (backend) to monitor business-as-usual tasks across teams—used by 15+ users and reducing manual tracking effort by 60%. I build RESTful APIs with Flask for task creation, status tracking, reporting, and workflow automation, and I engineer backend logic in Python to automate configuration workflows and reduce manual intervention. I’m also working on a Machine Learning model to automate decision-making and optimize BAU task allocation, and I’m developing a Python-based Digital Configuration Suite for end-to-end business configuration automation.

Before Amdocs, I trained as an Associate Software Developer (Trainee) at LTIMindtree, completing structured .NET Full Stack Development covering ASP.NET Core, MVC, RESTful APIs, and microservices concepts, along with relational database work using Entity Framework Core. My project experience includes an Automation Suite in Python that integrates multiple web/desktop apps using Selenium, API integrations, and GenAI components for intelligent decision-making, and a Tracking Tool built with Flask and React that delivers secure REST APIs with robust authentication and role-based authorization—currently used by 150+ users in a live production environment. I enjoy translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, focusing on reliability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement through automation.
