I’m a detail-oriented operations and solutions support trainee focused on content verification, workflow analysis, and strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). I use software tools to analyze, identify, and resolve media and data issues while meeting productivity targets and quality standards.

In my current role, I perform operational auditing on digital workflows and media inputs, systematically analyzing variances to ensure structural integrity. I communicate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, escalate complex problems and edge cases, and deliver documentation and audit output while maintaining SLAs.

I also support hands-on technical and quality-focused work through projects like a real-time Video KYC system and an academic secure validation/auditing project. I’ve worked with Hazelcast, Redis, MongoDB, iText, and Janus WebRTC, and I’m committed to root-cause analysis, judgment-based decision making, and continuous process improvement.
