What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity where I can contribute my experience in international logistics, import processes, customer service, and administrative coordination while growing with a committed team.

I'm currently coordinating local and international delivery of doors and windows at Cerramientos Técnicos del Caribe. I manage freight quotations, client communication by email and phone, DUA and VUCE processes, and quality verification of structures.

At Frederic Schad SAS, I supported customer service before moving into air import analysis. My work included email management, document delivery, Laserfiche, and invoicing.

I've also coordinated GPS installation service appointments and customer quality follow-up at Grupo Novavista. I bring a background in marketing, logistics, import operations, customer service, and administrative coordination.
