What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote, flexible opportunity in logistics coordination, operations management, or supply chain consulting where I can lead teams, coordinate international freight, improve processes, and reduce operational costs.

I've led an eight-person remote team at All-Ways Forwarding LATAM, delivering more than 100 containers per month across U.S. ports, rail, airports, and CFS warehouses.

I coordinate export and inbound container movements, from empty pick-up and loading through in-gate scheduling, while working closely with carriers and customers to prevent demurrage, dwell, and per diem costs. I've also improved billing processes to shorten invoicing cycles, reduce disputes, and maintain clear operational visibility for stakeholders.

Across BM Cargo, Apolo Communications, and Centro Cuesta Nacional, I've managed customer service, warehouse operations, inventory, supply flow, billing, customs support, operational reporting, and logistics app development. I work independently across time zones and bring 10+ years of hands-on logistics and operations experience.
