I’m looking to lead client-focused operations and projects where I can improve systems, streamline workflows, solve practical problems, and help teams deliver better customer experiences.

At Airbnb, I lead projects and teams focused on client success, operational support, and customer experience.

I improve systems and workflows by solving practical problems, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting cross-functional teams.

As an IREX Research Fellow and U.S. State Department Fellow, I’ve contributed to leadership development while continuing to build my operations and project management practice.

I hold an MSc in Corporate Finance and a BSc in Business/Managerial Economics from The University of the West Indies, Mona, alongside project management and AI credentials.
