I'm looking for an HR operations, payroll, or talent acquisition role where I can improve employee lifecycle processes, support compliant payroll and HR practices, and build strong relationships with employees and managers.

I'm currently supporting Mahalaxmi Construction’s remote project teams through end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR policy guidance.
