At SONARGES, I welcome and orient clients, visitors, and members, respond to inquiries, and help clients with their requests. I also handle calls and follow up on registrations, subscriptions, and services.

As an administrative assistant intern at Commune de Martil, I welcomed and directed citizens and helped draft, file, and track administrative documents.

Through my independent private tutoring work, I prepared and delivered lessons, followed each learner’s progress, and adapted teaching methods to their needs.

In independent digital marketing activity, I promoted products on Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp, created content, and communicated with customers. I hold a degree in economics and specialized training in IT development.
