I've developed a car-rental application using Visual Basic and supported information-system management and data analysis with Microsoft Office tools.

At ANAPEC, I handled calls, welcomed and guided visitors, and directed information to the appropriate services. I also completed a later internship focused on reception, orientation, and call management.

During an observation internship at OCP, I learned about security procedures and risk-management practices. At SRM Voyages, I created and registered complaints, routed them to the relevant department, and followed up on their handling.

I've also taught computer science to primary and middle-school students, prepared lessons and practical work, and supported administrative documentation and correspondence at École Privée Niels Bohr.
