I’m a creative, customer-focused professional currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). I’m motivated to “learn through real experiences” while adding value through “positive teamwork and fresh ideas.”

In my role at a Local Retail Shop, I supported customers with product selection and basic sales handling, managed daily billing and restocking, and helped ensure a smooth shopping experience. Through customer handling, communication, and problem-solving, I built strong confidence in dealing with real customer needs.

I also volunteer in college and school events where I take part in event setup, crowd management, promotion activities, and creative/design-related tasks. Alongside that, I’ve done content writing and built practical project experience through a “Minor Project (Customer Satisfaction On E-Commerce Platforms)” that strengthened my data interpretation and recommendations for improving user experience.
