What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity where I can contribute to sales, customer engagement, marketing, or retail operations while learning from experienced professionals, developing my skills, and growing in a dynamic team environment.

At Hamleys, I supported retail sales, customer service, and store operations as a Fun Consultant. I helped customers understand product options and recommended suitable products based on their needs.

I contributed to visual merchandising and product displays to improve the in-store shopping experience. During a Hamleys live project, I achieved 70–80% of assigned sales targets while supporting customer engagement and retail sales.

I'm pursuing an MBA in Marketing and bring a foundation in business management, communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration. I use MS Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS, Canva, and AI tools to support my work and learning.

As an event coordinator, I've managed teams and helped execute multiple college events successfully. I'm motivated to learn, adapt, embrace challenges, and make meaningful contributions in dynamic environments.
