I've built and run three digital businesses end to end, including Negasva, a cross-border DTC portrait shop selling to the US and Europe. I own the full order lifecycle, from storefront and checkout to fulfilment and post-sale.

For Negasva, I built the storefront, database, payments, and admin panel without a development team using Supabase, Vercel, and GitHub. I also built its organic search presence from scratch with AI-assisted SEO.

At Tattooshop Colombia, I ran a tattoo-supplies ecommerce operation for five years, managing supplier negotiation, catalog, pricing, storefront, Meta Ads, purchasing, inventory turnover, margins, and retention. I closed it by decision in February 2026 to move to higher-margin work.

Through Negas Ink and my illustration work, I've acquired and served 100+ clients through organic Instagram and TikTok content. I've grown 1.5M TikTok followers and 50K Instagram followers with zero paid spend, and I use AI daily to build, write, research, analyse, and automate operations.
