I’m a data and operations professional with 4+ years managing and optimizing large-scale datasets within CRM and enterprise systems, including Salesforce. I focus on data integrity, validation, and reliable reporting to help teams make accurate decisions with confidence.

In my current role as a Data Operations Administrator at AmerisourceBergen, I manage and validate Salesforce datasets, run regular data audits, and handle deduplication and discrepancy resolution across multiple systems. I generate operational and performance reports, collaborate cross-functionally to fix data inconsistencies, and document workflows to standardize processes and improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Earlier, I supported regulated public health operations at the Ontario Ministry of Health, verifying confidential records in compliance with PHIPA and data privacy standards while supporting reporting and data validation. I also built strong operational foundations through roles maintaining customer/product and procurement datasets in enterprise systems (including Dynamics NAV), strengthening data quality, documentation, and weekly reporting.
