What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead healthcare data analytics and reporting that improves value-based care performance, strengthens data governance, and uses automation to help multidisciplinary teams deliver trusted, scalable insight.

At Navvis Healthcare, I lead real-world data analytics, reporting, and data strategy for a large Medicare Advantage market. I turn claims, encounter, and EHR-sourced data into decision-ready insight for clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders.

I direct a reporting operation delivering more than 300 recurring reports and extracts each month, alongside 400+ custom analytics requests. I build governance, validation, and quality assurance frameworks that keep regulated healthcare reporting accurate, consistent, and audit-ready.

As Analytics Lead for a provider optimization program, I build scorecards spanning quality, utilization, financial, risk adjustment, and care-gap data. I also led AI-assisted reporting workflows that eliminated 80% of duplicate work and automated 67% of weekly reports.

I’ve also led BI work at Mambu, taught Data Modeling and Database Systems at the University of Applied Sciences Berlin, and mentored multidisciplinary analytics teams. I bring graduate-level information systems and healthcare research training to practical value-based care analytics.
