Nicole Pinto

I've supported educational services at Iscte's 3rd Cycle Unit, assisting with enrolments, thesis project registration, RENATES processes, RAIDES corrections, and student support on the FÉNIX+ platform.

My background in Anthropology and a Master's in Education and Society shapes how I work with young people and varied audiences. I've developed activities for children and youth through placements at Clube Sport Marítimo and Grupo Desportivo do Estreito, as well as roles at Clube Naval do Funchal and as a Junior Monitor.

Through Iscte's Student Association, I helped develop activities that encourage active and healthy lives on and off campus, supported athletes around competitions, and managed equipment and training and competition schedules. As Human Resources Coordinator for the Anthropology Students' Group, I managed teams, events, activity calendars, and wellbeing.

I'm comfortable with customer service and operational work, including retail, cashier duties, sales, product organisation, and replenishment. I value teamwork, effective communication, and a commitment to social impact and development.
