I’m a Technical Program Manager with over 10 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programmes across distributed engineering environments. I’m known for high emotional intelligence and communicating effectively across technical and non-technical audiences to drive alignment, clarity, and execution.

In my recent work as Founder & Technical Program Manager at Nissi Consulting AB, I provide senior TPM and technical consulting to infrastructure and technology clients across Europe. I’ve also delivered traffic analysis and capacity modelling for the Öresund Bridge Tolling Plaza, analysing millions of passages and translating throughput factors into actionable investment recommendations.

Earlier, at Kapsch TrafficCom AB, I coordinated 80–120 people across concurrent software, platform, infrastructure, and hardware delivery streams across 8 countries. I acted as the primary delivery interface between engineering leads, vendors, and executive stakeholders, managed programme financials, and drove launch readiness by coordinating Agile/Scrum and Waterfall delivery—including overseeing 5–10 Factory Acceptance Tests across multiple years.
