I’m looking for a role where I can combine operations management, administration, and marketing to improve processes, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and support teams through strong organization, communication, and leadership.

I’m a results-driven and highly adaptable professional with over 14 years of experience in management, marketing, retail, administration, and customer service. I’m creative, organised, and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to build relationships, improve processes, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Since 2022, at Tool Traders KZN, I manage day-to-day administrative operations and reporting while creating and implementing marketing strategies across digital and print platforms. I also manage social media, content creation, and brand visibility, and support sales with customer queries and supplier communication—always maintaining accurate records for stock information and internal documentation.

From 2010 to 2021, I served as Manager at Lazy Lizard Bar & Restaurant, where I managed daily operations for 11 years. I oversaw staff management, training, scheduling and payroll, handled stock, ordering and cost control, and took care of cash-ups, financial management and reporting, while delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving conflicts.

Earlier roles strengthened my customer-first approach and attention to detail, including merchandising, sales, client retention, and stock control as a Retail Associate at Luvland, plus classroom support as an Assistant Teacher. I also complete bookkeeping courses in Sage, GAAP, and QuickBooks, and I’m known for problem solving, process improvement, leadership, and team collaboration.
