I’m an operations and strategy leader with 6 years in progressive management roles and 15 years total in a German international school (K-12). I scale teams, redesign governance structures, and improve operational efficiency through disciplined execution and data-informed decision-making.

As Academic Director (Operations & Strategy) at Deutsche Schule Frutillar (2025–Present), I oversee an operational budget (~$110K/month) and resource allocation for a 460-member school community. I lead strategic planning and execution across 5 departments with 59 direct and indirect reports, accountable to board-level governance for institutional performance.

Previously, as Academic Coordinator (Operations & Program Management) (2019–2025), I built operational infrastructure including performance management systems, standardized workflows, and data reporting frameworks. I led digital transformation across departments, reducing manual administrative processes, and I helped grow the team from 12 to 59 through structured hiring and onboarding.
