At HHS, NIH – National Cancer Institute, I led IT requirements planning, system development, infrastructure, and communications across programs. I managed POA&Ms, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing for deployments.
I also led the Authorization to Operate lifecycle and cybersecurity compliance, coordinating risk management, security controls, and continuous monitoring. I developed and maintained audit-ready security documentation, including SSPs and Risk Assessment Reports.
At Global Solution Network (NIH Contractor), I directed the full project lifecycle for a ServiceNow migration and HR off-boarding rollout across NCI. I defined system and software requirements and conducted QA, UAT, and integration across SharePoint, Dynamics, and Power Apps.
Earlier, I delivered end-user technical and application support at Global Solution Network and Leidos Biomed Research (NIH Contractor). I created SOPs, supported analytics projects, and trained users and helpdesk staff.
