I’m a Behavior Support Paraprofessional with a strong foundation in communication and media production. I assist primary teachers with functional aspects of classes and student behaviors, helping ensure students can learn and feel supported.
I work collaboratively with the school counselor, behavior interventionists, special education therapists, and other providers to integrate key concepts into problem solving and behavior plans. I also support students emotionally, behaviorally, academically, and socially, while managing multiple tasks at a time—individually, collaboratively, and instructionally.
Before school support roles, I built experience creating and delivering creative work through hands-on media and production. As a videographer, I filmed 8+ hours of content during private weddings and coordinated with wedding planners to keep everything running smoothly, and in art/paraprofessional work I helped translate key concepts into creative lesson plans. Earlier still, I supported event design as a Floral Designer Assistant by creating personalized arrangements and helping with on-site installation and breakdown.
