What I'm looking for
I’m an Operations/Project Manager who leads teams and keeps installations moving smoothly—from warehouse readiness to on-site execution. I manage operations, coordinate deliveries, and help ensure projects land on time and look exceptional.
At Barclay Butera Interiors, I manage, inspect, and organize over 8,000 square feet of product across multiple design teams and projects. I oversee installations in luxury homes and offices, handle billing/invoicing, coordinate schedules and routes, and manage budget plans with clients.
I also bring hands-on logistics and safety experience: operating heavy machinery such as a forklift, order picker, and skyjack, and assisting with crane operations when needed. I recruit, interview, and hire team members, lead presentations of project plans to clients and designers, and manage problems both virtually and onsite.
Alongside operations, I drive revenue by cultivating client relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing high-value projects. I’m now looking for a growing business opportunity where I can combine operational leadership, project coordination, and customer-focused sales to deliver measurable results.
