Nicolas Murcia

I’m an Electronic Engineer with a strong background in manufacturing processes, focused on high-complexity PCBA production, troubleshooting, and reliable delivery. I’ve supported transitions from prototype to mass production by developing and documenting test procedures and driving DFM improvements.

In my most recent role in the Taiwan electronics industry, I coordinated assembly & testing support to keep complex PCBA lines on schedule. I planned and documented detailed manufacturing processes, supported quality through rigorous testing, and used DFM analysis to catch design issues early in development and pilot builds.

I also contributed as a Manufacturing Engineer at Titoma Engineering S.A.S., where I developed and maintained Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and worked as a cross-functional liaison between design, logistics, and production. I documented production-line issues and proposed optimizations to improve assembly efficiency.

Across projects, I’ve supported regulatory compliance processes (FCC, CE) to ensure systems meet international safety and performance standards, and I’ve produced technical feasibility and energy efficiency reports for renewable energy systems. I bring strong problem-solving, cross-functional communication, and hands-on engineering tools such as MATLAB, LabVIEW, Proteus, and PCBA troubleshooting.
