I’m a semiconductor automation engineer with hands-on experience in wafer sort environments, probe card precision alignment (±2 µm), and process parameter optimization. I focus on root cause analysis and yield-focused troubleshooting, using statistical process control and deviation analysis to keep equipment stable and operations in spec.
In my current roles with VASSTEK Technology Co., Ltd., I develop and validate automated probe card inspection/adjustment control logic, debug hardware–software integration issues, and build Python-based data monitoring tools that reduced misalignment detection time by ~25 minutes. Previously, as an Industrial Engineer at INDE, I standardized 100+ operational procedures and improved energy dispatch efficiency to 95%, strengthening my data-driven process improvement mindset.
