I’m a bilingual Industrial Engineer (C1) who applies data analysis and process optimization to turn operational data into actionable decisions. I’m motivated by continuous learning and I enjoy building practical, data-driven strategies that create organizational value.

In customer-facing and logistics environments, I’ve managed technician routing using time, distance, and operational efficiency, and maintained high service standards in the U.S. market. I also opened new retail market opportunities by designing efficient delivery routes that optimized costs and improved performance within tight timelines.

My process work has centered on continuous improvement, process redesign, and standardization. I led agile-based projects, used user story mapping in the field with DMAIC, and implemented low-cost improvements that reduced emergency care response times—while deploying software to optimize patient transportation and strengthen decision-making through better data collection.

From process analysis to internship execution, I’ve consistently focused on mapping workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting digital transformation. I’m now looking to grow my career in operations, finance, processes, and projects—bringing structured thinking, strong documentation habits, and Lean/Agile rigor to deliver measurable results.
