At Nestlé Colombia’s Fábrica Bugalagrande, I supported production and operational performance analysis, developed dashboards to track planned and unplanned stops, and updated reports and indicators for operational meetings.
I used SAP to verify production standards, including nominal speeds and crew configurations, and conducted methods and time studies across factory areas to identify opportunities for improvement.
At Tuluá Pan, I support administrative and operational processes, including inventory and records. I analyze operational information and have participated in process standardization and improvements aimed at reducing waste and optimizing production.
For my process improvement project at Tuluá Pan, I diagnosed the pandebono production process using Lean Manufacturing tools, including VSM, Ishikawa, and Gemba. I analyzed waste related mainly to overproduction and defects, then designed and implemented improvement actions.
