What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote role in customer service, support, or operations where I can contribute and keep learning.

At Anfruns Motors, I developed two Excel information masters used to apply discounts: one covering more than 10,000 own-brand parts and another listing maintenance prices by vehicle version. I also prepared vehicles for sale and handled administrative paperwork, purchases, and document renewals.

At Atento, I handled customer support calls, resolved and referred cases, and followed them through to closure. I’m studying Data Analysis online at IACC and am fluent in English.
