I’m seeking a fully remote Customer or Technical Support role in a SaaS or product-driven environment, where I can troubleshoot WordPress/WooCommerce issues and deliver clear, user-friendly guidance via email and chat.

I’m a Customer Support Specialist with a background in Computer Engineering, focused on technical troubleshooting and e-commerce support across WordPress and WooCommerce. I resolve user issues through email and chat, pairing fast problem-solving with communication that’s clear and easy to follow.

Since 2019, I’ve built and managed 10+ WordPress & WooCommerce websites end-to-end and support customers with plugin/theme fixes, performance and usability improvements, and hosting work (including Plesk, domain setup, and DNS configuration). I also configure and support payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Klarna), apply basic SEO practices, and use tools like Zendesk and HubSpot—so customers get practical answers and stable, functioning storefronts.
