What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build, secure, and improve infrastructure across networking, identity, virtualization, automation, and Linux services while contributing to technical strategy and complex escalations.

At The Peplinski Group, I serve as the primary technical lead for infrastructure, security, and end-user support across 10 facilities and a corporate office. I administer VMware Horizon VDI, Active Directory and Azure AD, Microsoft 365, WatchGuard firewalls, DNS, and Linux infrastructure end-to-end.

I've proposed and led an organization-wide RBAC and least-privilege redesign, built a self-hosted Vaultwarden platform for roughly 40 users, and formalized the company’s on-call rotation and escalation system. I also build PowerShell automation for AD auditing and patch deployment, while advising IT leadership on technical strategy and risk.

Outside work, I maintain a Proxmox VE homelab running OPNsense, TrueNAS, Docker services, and a personal Python software project with CI/CD and approximately 2,500 automated tests.
