I'm looking for remote or food and beverage opportunities where I can support operations, inventory, food costing, administration, and team coordination while continuing to grow.

I've supported kitchen operations at Old Pals Bali, Ben n Lou Cafe Bandung, and culinary training at St. Regis Bali and Regent Taipei. My work includes kitchen orders, inventory, menu research and development, bulk events, guest service, and training new trainees.
