In sales, I managed high-volume customer inquiries and promoted insurance products to meet sales targets. I maintained detailed, accurate documentation of client interactions and sales records, and I resolved complex customer concerns with high satisfaction ratings while building long-term client relationships.

Through a Learnership Program (AI Skills Accelerator Programme), I gained technical proficiency in AI fundamentals, including prompt engineering and responsible AI use. I also completed SAQA-aligned training covering core business principles and workplace IT systems, and I continue strengthening my ability to apply hands-on AI tools and communicate effectively.
