Nguyen Tuan Anh

I’m an IT infrastructure professional with an academic foundation in Information Technology and hands-on system engineering experience. I’m comfortable working with ISO/IEC standards, ITIL-based service operations, and security-focused practices, while communicating clearly through technical documentation.

In my work, I take ownership of infrastructure management and service delivery, including information security, security management, and security operations. I also bring solution architecture, presales support, and project management experience, and I use Python for practical database and data-processing tasks.

Alongside infrastructure work, I’ve been handling AI Data Services for a few years—supporting prompt evaluation, multi-turn dialogue analysis, and structured data QA. I focus on reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), AI fine-tuning (including SFT), evaluation/rating, and multimodal prompting to improve training outcomes.
