What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my Information Technology, digital marketing, and customer service experience to improve service delivery, add value, and adapt to new challenges.

I've supported Alpha Digital Marketing since September 2020, running digital marketing campaigns and helping customers place orders, process payments, update profiles, and understand available products.

I build Google Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and App Download campaigns, from keyword research and ad copy to audience setup, tracking, landing-page improvements, and reporting. I've also run Facebook brand-awareness, lead-generation, web-traffic, and sales campaigns.

My SEO work includes on-page optimization, blog content creation, backlinking, and keyword optimization to increase organic traffic. As the business proprietor, I also lead marketing efforts aimed at growing the client base.

Earlier, I worked in customer service at Shara Solutions Limited and Tiro Tech Solutions. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Multimedia University of Kenya and have contributed to school management, security ERP, SACCO, and e-commerce systems.
