@nfoyongglen
I help startups and founders tackle data privacy compliance. My work ensures that your processes and documentation comply with relevant regulations.
What I'm looking for
I'm a State Prosecutor with Cameroon’s Ministry of Justice, attached to the Court of First Instance in Limbe, where I handle criminal matters and support legal file processing, case preparation, and coordination with judicial stakeholders.
As a freelancer, I’ve assisted SaaS, Health tech, and FinTech companies with regulatory compliance. Specifically, I drafted jurisdiction-specific privacy policies, terms and conditions, data processing agreements, and cookie policies. I also helped review similar compliance documents drafted using templates or AI for gaps and loopholes.
My goal is to help startup businesses eliminate the stress of compliance with straightforward strategies that work. With proper risk analysis, I can help you address likely risks that could hurt your organization and minimize, eliminate, or transfer the risk.

I provided tailored terms of service, privacy policies, cookie policies, a DPA, and ongoing compliance consultation.
Data privacy Compliance Specialist
Quietstream
Jul 2026 - Present (2 months)
I was contracted by Quietstream's founder to review documents drafted with AI. At first glance, the documents looked compliant, but after interviewing the client to understand the data flows, I found some gaps.
Specifically, the client drafted a privacy policy using AI but had no terms of service protecting the business, assuming a BAA would.
I communicated this to the client and addressed it.
