I’m a dedicated, detail-oriented administrative and customer support professional with over five years of combined experience supporting customers and keeping daily operations running smoothly. I’m known for delivering excellent customer experiences, maintaining accurate records, and handling documentation with care.

In customer support, I responded to inquiries through multiple channels, resolved complaints professionally, processed customer orders, and updated customer records. I used Zendesk CRM to track and manage customer interactions and maintained high customer satisfaction through timely support.

Alongside that, I’ve worked as a Typist / Documentation Officer and Secretary—typing and preparing official documents, organizing and maintaining office records, managing filing systems, and assisting with data entry and administrative duties. I also supervised daily store operations as a Manager, supporting customers and handling sales transactions while improving store organization and inventory management.
